Buying media off?

Yesterday, the I posted the Westword's piece online about us, Colorado Democracy Alliance.

The piece by Michael Roberts suggest that media bias doesn't exist. Believe what you want.

However, Mr. Roberts didn't dig deep enough.

The documents were first circulated to Art Cain, investigative reporter at Channel 7. When he saw this stuff his eyes balls jumped out. He even interviewed the source, Issac Smith. After interviewing Issac, he took the documents to Common Cause, Amendment 41 folks. And guess who works their, out attorney, Marky Mark.

You can imagine what happened next, "you run this and I'll run you out of town."

Then, Lynn Bartles. The Rocky didn't run the story due to "lack of resources." Whatever that means...(getting sued?)

Finally, the Denver Post. Jessica Fender was the last one to receive the documents and she loved it. Thrilled to write the story but her editor not so much. Could it be that former Post employee,
Evan Dreyer, who now is Ritter's campaign manager, had something to do with the delay of the story?

We at the Colorado Democracy Alliance try to control the message in mainstream media and at times we are successful. But in this case we have been burned.

That's why we decide to fund groups like:
CO Independent
CO Media Matters
Progress Now

Because they will keep selling our message and the most ingenious part of this is that it helps our search engine optimization.

What's search engine optimization, say you?

The more specific keywords on the internet the higher the keyword ranking on Google results. Think of it as them boosting our Google power, meaning you can find the progressive side easier on your Google search.

Don't believe me? Read this other internal memo that shows our funding infrastructure for media. (Click on the images)

What? Theres no talk at all in those "documents" of yours about "search engine optimization". Can you even read?

It's all about building up an infrastructure to get the Progressive message out and pushing back against a hostile wingnut-dominated mass media. It's about damn time someone did something to stand up and get the Progressive valuyes out there and end the GOPer media monopoly!

Ah, no, Brad Jones can't read. He clearly can't spell, and one imagines he can't take a leak without someone's help.

Are you offering to hold his willy, villy?
